Our Sales/Customer Service Reps are responsible for providing prompt, courteous
and knowledgeable service to our customers. He or she is expected to meet and exceed personal sales objectives
by pursuing walk-in and telephone customers and developing a network of contacts through which prospective
customers are obtained, thus leading to future sales.

Responsibilities
> Develop, maintain and foster strong business relationships with key customers
> Appropriately communicate and represent company brand and corporate position
> Respond to customer service calls in a courteous and professional manner

> Network, generate leads & prospects, and create business opportunities
> Responsible for achievement of assigned sales objectives
> Ensure successful implementation of solid business plan
> Work collaboratively within sales team to ensure optimal communication and alignment on key opportunities and priorities
> Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, prepare sales order forms and reports
Qualifications
> Minimum 3 years experience working in sales
> Valid Ontario Drivers License/ valid Passport a must
