The GAL family of companies belongs to a host of organizations dedicated to the advancement of the elevator industry including NAEC, CECA, EESF, ECNY, NAESA, IAEC, and NEII. We are also committed to a full slate of educational events throughout the year. Should you have an interest in seeing us attend another function, or would like to arrange an event here at GAL or at your own home facility, please contact us. NAEC Industry Tradeshow
Every year we attend the NAEC industry show and host many events. In addition to our large display area and various social functions we also provide educational opportunities for attendees.
Presentations across the nation
We are often invited on-site by customers in order to help keep them up-to-date on the latest industry developments. This may range from discussions on upcoming revisions to the NYC Elevator Code, to how to do maintenance procedures more efficiently. We find these meetings highly valuable as well; it’s here where we get to engage with other professionals and gain insights that frequently lead to product innovation.
Demonstrations of product and best practices
We frequently offer training and educational sessions for professionals in our Bronx, NY main facility. In these reservation-only classes we review our products and discuss various industry practices.
